We offer a wide range of standard solutions in diameters from 16 mm to 80 mm in tolerance grades C1 to C10, according to DIN ISO 3408. We also offer customization to match your individual requirements.
We develop and assemble preloaded ball screws with 2- and 4- point-ball-contact systems, as well as ball screws with axial play. When it comes to wiper technology, we also offer various options.
Manufacturing Process
When you work with Berger, you benefit from our 30-plus years of hands-on KGT manufacturing experience. Production is carried out on high-quality machines, according to the latest state of development. Berger prides itself in our steady investments in the newest, and most sustainable manufacturing technology.
Depending on our specific customer's requirements, we manufacture the KGTs in whirled, turned or ground versions.
