Company social benefits
Our company social benefits are benefits that we pay voluntarily to our staff in addition to their regular remuneration. They profit from a vacation bonus and a Christmas bonus. In addition, we give additional vacation for special occasions, such as getting married or moving house. Starting from the seventh month of employment with us, we grant a prorated proportion of these asset-creating benefits.
We conclude a company pension scheme agreement with employees who have been with our company for at least five years so as to secure their old age. If you celebrate a company anniversary with us then you can enjoy various gifts, such as a bouquet of flowers, a gift basket or a special payment.
Health management
A company is only as fit as its employees. For this reason we take very seriously our company health management scheme. In addition to occupational health medical examinations we also offer our employees the opportunity to take part in health days. First Aid courses and seminars to stop smoking.

Staff events
Your family would like to see where you work? We open the doors to your nearest and dearest on the family day or the day of the open door. The Day of Prayer and Repentance in mid-November is Children's Day for us. Structured and supervised by our trainees, on this day that is an official school holiday in Germany the children of our employees who are between the ages of six and fourteen can have a hands-on experience in the trainees' workshop. In addition, the children can visit their parents at their workplace in the course of the day.
Of course, every year we have Christmas celebrations and also barbecue parties in the summer. The togetherness of these leisure hours promotes our team spirit and communication with one another.
